Since 1988, Thema Studio has been a leading company specialized in the development of the prepress flexo process.
The ability to look for new and innovative solutions and the constant support of the professionals who work alongside us, have allowed us, Tecchio Enzo and Matteazzi Stefano founders of the company, to always respond to the demands of a constantly evolving market in an effective way.
Therefore, for over thirty years customer satisfaction has always been our main focus of attention; in particular responding to customers’ requests in an attentive, rapid and effective way.
We have always offered the utmost commitment to enhance flexo press, in order to achieve the best possible result.
In the prepress department we process your images so that they can be printed in the best way, thanks to all the possibilities offered by flexographic printing technologies.
As regards the polymer production stage, we have also invested in Kodak NX Flexcel technology to improve print yield: an innovative system that improves dot shape in order to guarantee greater brilliance and colour spreading.
Our plotter cuts the polymers with extreme precision following shapes designed specifically to facilitate and accelerate plate installation on the printing machines.
We have come so far since the beginning, but this does not prevent us from still wanting to grow, improve and experiment.
